Un sistema profesional, de elevadas prestaciones y fiabilidad, diseñado para el tratamiento de choque ecológico mediante la ozonización en silos de grano, de acero galvanizado, con capacidades de hasta  200 m3. El tratamiento se realizará con los silos vacíos, lográndose en el plazo de una a dos horas, sin la utilización de ningún tipo de producto químico. Se eliminarán hongos, virus, bacterias, esporas y huevos de insectos. Los pocos insectos que consigan sobrevivir al tratamiento ya no podrán reproducirse.

Ozone generator portable

-Production of the Generator: 24 gr / hour.
-Box of polyester, with a mouth of 100 mm for the connection to the tube.
-Timer controlled by a microprocessor.
-Reactors made of stainless steel. Working in 3 groups of power output (8, 12, and 24 g), in function of the dimension of the silo (25, 50 and 100 m3), at dilutions of O3 near the 0,24 ppm.
-Incorporates a powerful turbine of 600 m3 / hour, for power boost and deal efficiently with the generated Ozone.
-It is portable, mounted on a cart for easy transportation.
-Consumption at maximum power: 400 W.
-Case size (without cart): 74,7 x 53.6 x 30 cm
-Approximate weight: 12 Kg.

Available also version of 40 gr / hour.

The generators of Top Ozone do not produce aluminum, very toxic heavy metal, as it does not use reactors ceramic but made of stainless steel.

Application form

-Once you have cleaned the silo, it will introduce the Ozone gas to the silo through two ducts, simultaneously. One for the top and the other at the bottom.
-It will be in temporary groups of 20 minutes of Ozone generation and 15 minutes of remnant (so as to let the residual work for 15 to 20 minutes)
-Between 3 and 4 exposures of 20 minutes each, we can ensure a correct treatment in vacuum, to ensure a complete disinfection of the silo.
-The Ozone, like any disinfectant, it acts by oxidizing. If the silo is made, in their entirety, with stainless steel materials (including welds), there will not be any problems of oxidation.
-Once you reached the goal, and if it's not going to be used immediately the silo, we do not recommend applying Ozone to that are not next to the filling of the silo.

The equipment can also be used to ozonizar Big Bags. To do this you install a cover on the Big Bags and applies the ozone in replacement of the sulfated. The same procedure would be used for pallets shelf.
